The Resort features a choice of the beautifully appointed Mango Tree Villa or the cosy Bamboo Cottage on the water front set against a backdrop of a tropical forest, bamboo groves and mango trees. It is an ideal get-away for families and couples over a weekend, fortnightly or longer vacations
The Villa and the cottage are furnished with locally made furnishings ranging from nibbi. bamboo and liana cane – all products of the rainforest. Power supply is 110v solar with a standby diesel generator, the water is from rain collected in a concrete reservoir, laundry is done in traditional manner (hand washed), organic waste is used as fertiliser and meals are prepared from fresh fruits and vegetables (where possible)The Villa and the Cottage are fully screened. Meals can be self-catered or catered. Maid service is provided.
Mango Tree Villa is built on two levels on a hill with a magnificent view of the river. The ground floor is an open plan layout containing a large fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, 4-burner stove, oven and grill and an attractive dining area. Three bedrooms on the upper floor are encased by a wide wrap-around verandah providing river and jungle views. The self-contained master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet and spacious bathroom. A second river-view bedroom with queen size bed shares a bathroom with a third jungle-view bedroom, which sleeps four on a twin double bunk. All bedrooms are equipped with window fans. The spacious living room, runs the full length of the villa, separates the master bedroom from the other bedrooms, features 2 chaise lounges, recliner chairs, a desk, computer and internet and telephone facilities. The villa offers hot and cold running water and a verandah Jacuzzi overlooking the river.
Bamboo Cottage features a self-contained Master bedroom with an open plan kitchen and living room. The living room has a roll-out sofa to sleep two additional persons. The well-appointed kitchen features a four-burner stove and oven and a large ice cooler. An outside charcoal BBO Grill is provided. The cottage has a front verandah facing onto the river and is surrounded by a sand patio.

Activities: Outdoor activities include jungle walks, bird watching, swimming, pleasure fishing, kayaking, peddle boating, beach ball and other water inflatables. Wave runner (jet ski) water skiing and knee boarding are also available. A number of indoor activities such as darts, scrabble, cards, dominoes, reading materials, maps, charts are available.
Beach Bar & Grill: Beach Bar and BBG Grill situated on the water’s edge specialises in exotic cocktails, a selection of traditional Guyanese. Continental and Grilled foods.
