Pan pried butter fillets glazed with a passion fruit-thyme mojo. Served with a basmati rice pilaf and braised pak choy

 

Spice Crusted Chicken Breast on a bed of yam puree with a hint of ginger. Served with sautéed bora and carrot bundles

 

Baked Eggplant Parmesan and herbed penne pasta.

Coffee and Pepper Rub Grilled Sirloin Steak with a red wine bordelaise reduction, crispy asparagus and mashed potatoes
