Trout with Black Bean Rice pan roasted trout with tomato salsa, black bean and cilantro rice

 

Rupununi Steak grilled your choice of perfection and served with sauteed sweet peppers and pineapple and roasted garlic potatoes

Week Two - November 11-14, 2015

Florentine Rolls spinach, tomatoes and parmesan stuffed crepes

Tamarind-Curried Prawns and Saffron Rice served with humus stuffed sweet peppers

 

Herb Stuffed Snapper with Sweet Potato Mash and Glazed Carrots  snapper stuffed with fresh herbs and spices, baked to perfection

 

Two Cheese Ravioli pasta pockets stuffed with parmesan and cheddar cheese served with garlic bread

 

Ropa Vieja shredded flank steak in sofrito served with seasoned rice and plantains.
